Pastor Rich Clay
I am the lead pastor at Crossroads Community Church and have served in ministry for over 40 years. My passion is raising up the next generation of men—whether 18 or 80—to become Warriors for Christ. As a pastor, leadership coach, and motivational speaker, I use humor, real-life stories, and grace-centered teaching to inspire lasting transformation. I hold a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Regent University and specialize in equipping leaders to maximize their strengths, grow in effectiveness, and live out their God-given purpose.
